Great and Easy Functionality software!!

Experience Manager's functionality is just great and the overall software has been easy in order to train my staff.They have used this ivrs software for more than 4 years. It has been an efficient tool all this time and served the firm well. Experience manager provides a simple solution and it does not have any complex requirements. The routing mechanism, logic control is also good. The integration with other platforms is very solid and there have never been any issues regarding the same. If compared with other IVR systems, the reporting capabilities are much superior. It has been very easy to manage calls, voicemail , scripting and routing. The customer support has been exemplary providing easy solutions everytime my team needed their assistance. This product is definitely worth a try!

Experience manager cloud telephony software offers great functionality. The product is complete value for money as the quality that comes along with it is mind blowing. This ivrs software was a real game-changer for the company. Some serious call managing goals can be achieved with the help of this software. The amount and quality of data that can be pulled is truly impressive and the dispositions for some calls is incredibly useful. My team has always received more than what they had expected and paid for. Call reports, features, user interface are all just seamless. It can integrate with other platforms easily which helps tickets to generate immediately after a call has been closed. The call quality is good and there is no need of a separate windows configuration.
