A seamless, feature-rich, and easy to get started phone system.

Our team has been using Vonage for a while now; let me tell you, it's been a lifesaver. Their call forwarding and voicemail transcription are seriously on point. And the mobile app is super easy to use, allowing us-the agents, to make and receive calls no matter where we are. Setting up virtual meetings and conference calls is a breeze too. Honestly, I couldn't recommend Vonage more for any business looking for a solid phone system. It's the real deal.

One of the best VOIP service providers

I have been using this personally and across our organization for over an year now and it has only exceeded our expectations. We have been able to cop up with the frequent travelling and yet been able to stay connected to our businesses and clients through this. The best part is that it works perfect on almost all network types, you do not need any proxy ips to use this. great work Team VONAGE.

What do you like best about Vonage?

The quality of the calls and services like texting, conference calls and meeting is awesome and up to the standards required to execute the task professionally.

What do you dislike about Vonage?

Sometimes the voice quality drops, which is just a few minutes and also the cloud space for archives is about 500 hours. so we had to relocate all and keep enough space to keep everything on record. I would suggest a notification system where system could warn you when the space goes below 10% so you can pre arrange and not loose anything.
