They responded by telling me my account is deactivated without giving me a reason why - I emailed them and they get back to me a day later saying they need a utility bill and will approve the account. Sent them a utility bill and get an email saying that my account isn't approved. Also their customer service is always away and it takes them a day or more to respond to requests. |
