Thank You For Making Email Marketing Easy
I launched my email marketing newsletter nearly a years ago and as a complete beginner I've found MailerLite really easy to use but for those moments where things haven't been quite so clear the speed and quality of customer service has been amazing. Glad I made the switch
I made the switch a couple years ago, and right away I was blown away by how easy it is to set up an autoresponder. MailerLite helped take my email abilities to a whole new level. What I really love, though, is the customer support. It's always fast and friendly, and their representatives are highly knowledgeable. If there isn't a solution, they'll help you find a workaround or have you add it to their user-built list of feature requests. Please never change, MailerLite. You're doing great!

I asked about a feature a while back and can't remember, but I did suggest it over on the list! I do remember that we were able to come up with a workaround, and that worked just fine for the time being.
How MailerLite is better/different from its competitors?
So much easier to use! The autoresponders alone are powerful and easy to set up. The interface is cleaner and less buggy. And I like that ML focuses strictly on email marketing, rather than 100 other things they're constantly trying to shove in your face.

The easiest part of being a writer.
As an Indie Author, my newsletter is an important part of my business. I send the newsletter out each and every week. That timeline means I don't have room for complications. Mailerlite makes the process a pain-free process. And I can design my newsletter in a variety of ways and include a variety of options to create a reading experience for my audience. Of course, it goes further than that with premade forms to help with sign-ups, forms for surveys, automations for increased interactions with new readers. And, on the rare instances I've had a problem - usually of my own making - customer service has been solid.

MailerLite is a great tool for solopreneurs!
An entrepreneur friend of mine recommended MailerLite to me a few years ago after I complained about a competing email service provider. I had prior experience using MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, and Infusionsoft for my own business as well as my clients' businesses, but I didn't love any of them. So, I took a chance and made the switch to MailerLite. It didn't take long for me to fall in love with the platform! It's super easy to use, has all the features I need in the free option (though I have a paid subscription for the added bells and whistles), and I can easily toggle between different email groups I run that are unrelated to one another without having to log out and log back in. If you're looking for an affordable email platform that will make reaching your audience a breeze, I highly recommend giving MailerLite a try.

I like being able to switch between accounts I manage without having to log out and log back in. MailerLite's drag-and-drop system is also very user-friendly and makes it easy to build an email campaign from scratch.
What do you dislike about MailerLite?
I wish there was a little more versatility in the email layout, such as the ability to have a sidebar with links in the desktop version of an email. MailerLite's system only allows for an all-vertical presentation of content blocks.

How MailerLite is better/different from its competitors?
MailerLite has tons of how-to guides and videos to help users benefit from their service and their technical explanations are very clear. I always felt that Infusionsoft and ActiveCampaign had particularly difficult-to-understand "help" articles that didn't solve my problems.

MailerLite is a great tool for solopreneurs!
An entrepreneur friend of mine recommended MailerLite to me a few years ago after I complained about a competing email service provider. I had prior experience using MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, and Infusionsoft for my own business as well as my clients' businesses, but I didn't love any of them. So, I took a chance and made the switch to MailerLite. It didn't take long for me to fall in love with the platform! It's super easy to use, has all the features I need in the free option (though I have a paid subscription for the added bells and whistles), and I can easily toggle between different email groups I run that are unrelated to one another without having to log out and log back in. If you're looking for an affordable email platform that will make reaching your audience a breeze, I highly recommend giving MailerLite a try.

What do you like best about MailerLite?
I like being able to switch between accounts I manage without having to log out and log back in. MailerLite's drag-and-drop system is also very user-friendly and makes it easy to build an email campaign from scratch.
What do you dislike about MailerLite?
I wish there was a little more versatility in the email layout, such as the ability to have a sidebar with links in the desktop version of an email. MailerLite's system only allows for an all-vertical presentation of content blocks.

MailerLite is My New Go To Email Marketing Solution
I switched from a primate-backed email service to MailerLite primarily because I could test every feature out for free. The service didn't take long to impress me into becoming a paying customer. Each feature is easy to use and the support documents and online groups are a great help! I switched all of my businesses to MailerLite and am migrating clients over to their platform as well.

What do you like best about MailerLite?
MailerLite has all of the features you need to perform successful email marketing for your business. All plans include automation, segmentation, tagging, RSS campaigns (my favorite), A/B testing and more. The paid plan structure is very fair and competitive.
What do you dislike about MailerLite?
The native WordPress plugin is a bit clunky. Fortunately, the forms programs I use have built-in MailerLite integration, so all I need to do is add my API key.

MailerLite offers the best value for your investment. Don't waste your time, like I did, in testing other platforms.

Making Newsletter Management Easy
MailerLite is a wonderful resource to use when you are developing a newsletter. As an indie author, I have found that this platform is easy to use and contains all the resources I need to grow my business through newsletters. I have benefited from their automation capabilities, landing pages, embedded forms as well as their easy newsletter design. I also am very happy how easy it is to manage subscribers and look at the analytics. I would recommend MailerLite to anyone interested in developing a newsletter of their own.

Easy on the budget and easy to use!
I provide email newsletter services to authors. I started using Mailchimp several years ago but now most of my clients have migrated to MailerLite. The pricing is affordable, and in my opinion, MailerLite provides a better product because they're focused on making email simple. Email, that's what they do! I enjoy designing templates with their easy-to-use click and drag tools. And they provide more of the options you want right out of the box. Plus, their blog (and webinars/video tutorials) are super helpful in learning how to get the most out of their product to grow your own business or organization. It's been a refreshing experience onboarding with MailerLite. I highly recommend!

Great all-in-one solution!
We mainly use MailerLite for sending out newsletters. We have more than a dozen different subscriber groups, both internal and external, that we send monthly updates to, each with a different newsletter. With the template feature, it is easy to quickly create a beautiful looking and bespoke newsletter for each of our subscriber groups. MailerLite is also super easy to integrate to your existing websites with easily customizable sign up forms that you can configure from the MailerLite client. Just add the script to your website and you are good to go. You can even add pop-ups to your website using MailerLite and you can create landing pages for newsletter sign ups and more. Analytics are okay. This is the only part where I believe MailerLite could make some improvements. The data doesn't always make sense and can be a bit difficult to interpret. Customer support is also great. Had a couple issues before and they took care of me right away.

Goodbye Mailchimp, Hello Mailerlite
I had Mailchimp for several years. Using it was so excruciating, I gave up. Same with Constant Contact (and don't get me started with AWeber (OMG)). I realized I'm just no good at this and just can't do it. I tried Mailerlite on a whim and was immediately able to use it. I sent my first campaign the next day! I don't just use it for marketing. I send links of class recordings and reminders to my students. That way I can see who is engaging. I'm so enthused, this may not sound like a real review but, cross my heart, it is true. Maybe it's so much better for me because of my neurotype. I'm sure a lot of people can use the other ones just fine. But I could not. Mailerlite is just easy. Without it, I would never have been able to develop my mailing list.

Incredible Software!
I so love Mailerlite as it manages my entire email list - I send at least 3 to 4 emails a week to my lists. The tools are excellent and easy to manage. If there is something you dont know how to do (because the automation takes a little time to get your head around) - then simply Google "does Mailerlite have a survey option" and to your amazement a video will pop up telling you exactly how to use the survey option. Mailerlite delivers!

A great all-in-one marketing platform
Mailerlite has a lot of great features and there is so much you can do with it to launch and run any business. The great thing is you can's-divide' everything you run so that it is possible to run more than one thing from your account. You can build a pretty useful starter website all from within too - and splash and lead capture pages. It's quite easy to connect to anything else you are running too. The customer service is great - use chat - you'll not be kept waiting. Sometimes I have found it a little tricky to get my head round something new that I need to do, but it always comes up trumps in the end. The free plan does a lot but the paid plans come in at great value too. Highly recommended.

The HELP CHATBOX Rocks!
The reason I will never leave MailerLite is the help chatbox. I've never waited longer than 5 minutes, and the reps have been 100% courteous, knowledgable, and helpful. Keep in mind I'm a tech-challenged customer, so support is essential to my function. Did I mention the reps are also patient? :)

Everything we needed and more
We first subscribed to Mailerlite as a way to send out company newsletters but soon migrated landing pages and automation here. The website/page builder is super nice and works great. Overall a great experience. Wouldn't change to any other platform right now. I gave 4* on Customer Support but I haven't used it. I wish there was a way to leave that rating unchecked in case we didn't use it, it may skewer results. Great job Mailerlite!

Does what I need!
I moved over to Mailerlite from Mailchimp and I'm so glad I did! The dashboard is so easy to navigate and the drag and drop campaign templates are great! I love that I can schedule my emails as well! I have run into a few hiccups that stumped me, but customer service was assisting me within minutes of my request, saving valuable time! I highly recommend Mailerlite!

I fully recomend MailerLite
MailerLite is very easy to use. The first day I was able to set up my NL in a couple of hours. Also, it easy to diagram, to choose sections of your newsletter. To add video and images. You can also save your template. And, you can also program the time you NL will be sent next day.

Great Starter Tool for Email Marketing
MailerLite lowers the barrier to entry for effective email marketing with a good free product and more robust options if you enter the first paid tier. Once set up correctly, I have found deliverability and open rate to be on point with other platforms. The customer service response has always been polite and helpful, often going above and beyond by following up once something has been fixed or a requested feature has been added.

If their is someone who hasn't received a campaign email, I have to make a single campaign just to send an email to that person. I can use my email directly, without using Mailerlite, but comercial emails, I have all designed in Mailerlite, so it could REALLY be a NEW feature you could create :) :) :) You know I am a HUGE fan of yours!

What do you dislike about MailerLite?
Cons: - missing some advanced options in Automation like move to another Automation, Lead Scoring... - I can't see a way to export List's Notes - Some little bugs in working with RTL text (like Arabic) especially with users who use Outlook desktop version. - Not suitable for lite uses, as there is no plan for paying as you go, email credit, or emails sent. However its free plan will be great for that. - Their transactional email service is a separated one called MailerSend (some few competitors have both on same plan/platform)

Beyond my expectations!
The MailerLite system is incredibly easy to use, which makes the process fun. I love creating email campaigns and reading the reports to see how they are going. The automation process is very easy to setup. I am extremely happy with how this system works. AND the online chat support team are always there, at a click of a button. Very helpful.

Its ease of use. So simple to use. It really all just makes sense. I also love the 24-7 support chat team. They are great and answer ALL my questions, the moment I need help. This is VERY valuable.
What do you dislike about MailerLite?
I would like the ability to custom design my dashboard page, or at least edit the order the stats are displayed on the page. I would also like to edit the name of my campaign after it's sent. I didn't name it correctly and now it annoys me that the name is not editable.

I've tried two others before I found Mailerlite
I tried two others before I found Mailerlite, and hands down Mailerlite has been the easiest, best customer service, best value for my money, and perfect for someone (like me) just starting. Their customer service is fantastic!!! The value can't be beaten, and the ease of use is outstanding!

I wish you could be a little more creative in the design in the email. For example, If I drag in a text box, I wish I could put an image beside it instead of underneath it. I get that there are examples on the side that have images and text, but just having more side-by-side options would be better for me. Just like in square space when I design my website, I can drag and drop boxes to the side, and not just underneath.

Best email service I've used
MailerLite is the best service I've used to date. I've been with at least four other ESPs over the past decade. I find it much easier to create workflows than the other leading email service (MailChimp). I also appreciate that subs aren't counted twice if/when they belong to different groups; my expected charge for A YEAR will be what I'd pay for TWO MONTHS of MailChimp. NOT sorry at all I made the switch to MailerLite - just wish I'd done it sooner! MailerLite's interface is more user-friendly too. When I was getting stuff set up, Customer Support were right there! Very helpful. I highly recommend MailerLite.

Intuitive User Experience
We are an early state SaaS start-up and started relatively new (around 7 months) for email marketing and inbound marketing. Mailerlite's interfaces and categorization are so clear that we did not hesitate for anything while setting something. Performance-price value is high. Well, just the best

Best Customer Support Ever
Prior to MailerLite, I used Google Groups. Google made changes that made it almost impossible to maintain a distribution list of about 400 people. You could only use the person's email address, not even their name. With MailerLite, you can specify numerous fields for the subscribers making it easy to select subscribers based on the criteria of a given field.

From their free starter plan to their more advanced paid plans, MailerLite is outstanding in every way. When in doubt, customer service is ALWAYS available to help, too! I love how easy their automations are to set up, and can, at a glance, know how many of my subs are from gmail and how many aren't. I have a paid version of Mailerlite and it's worth every cent. Plenty of videos and tutorials to help out, and if I can't figure it out with those, help chat is only minutes away. Being able to get help quickly. I don't have the usual issues. For whatever reason, things that happen to me get comments like "I've never seen that before" -- but whatever the issue, the help techs stick with you until it's fixed.

I would love to have a filter that says "no 'other' group" when filtering results. My subscribers belong to several, and it takes a long time to manually go through every group.

The ability to easily send to multiple audiences. We send emails on behalf of various clients and I don't want to have the chance of an email accidentally going to the wrong audience.

I'd like to be able to embed video that auto-plays when the email is opened, not have them have to click to go to Vimeo. Playable only allows :10 auto play, and I needed :30.

Mailerlite is an awesome tool for newsletters.
Mailerlite is very user-friendly for writing and publishing my newsletter. I love how it integrates sign-ups as well, filtering out duplicates. I also like the dashboard and how it's easy to see reads and clicks. It saves a lot of work for us independent authors, for sure.

Collected information for dashboard, newsletter signup integration, user-friendliness for first time users who might not be as savvy with various types of software for writers. It saves a lot of time and energy.
What do you dislike about MailerLite?
I would like to be able to move things and line them up in an easier fashion. Also, when I'm typing the body of my newsletter, it sometimes freezes up and I have to restart. Now, I usually write it in Word and then copy and paste into Mailerlite. Settings sometimes are a little difficult to set the way I want them.

So Happy I Found Mailerlite!
As a complete technophobe and new to starting a business, I am so happy I found Mailerlite. It has been really easy to design a website, grow subscribers and create email campaigns. The real selling point though is the amazing Customer Support! Connecting my domain name to my website was a bit of a challenge for me (I hadn't a clue what I was doing) but I had so much support. My questions were always responded to within 5 minutes and I was guided through in a step by step process. I could not have done it without this help.

You couldn't ask for better
Mailerlite has all the features I could ever need, more than as I don't use a lot of them. I've been sending my newsletters from this platform now for about three years and any slight problem is very quickly handled. The customer support is swift and very helpful. There are videos to show how to do things on the site, very clear. It's easy to use and suits my purposes perfectly. I wouldn't change to any other platform.

The simplicity of putting together an email, checking it works and scheduling. I love that I can schedule according to time zones as I have subscribers across the world.

My only problem with it is technical. I copy across old emails and re-use the template because I don't want to learn how to put together a new one. But if I decided to make this change, I could probably follow the videos.

Simple intuitive user experience. WYSIWYG aspect of the newsletter builder is particularly helpful. Content blocks are easy to position or rearrange. Test email feature is very handy.
What do you dislike about MailerLite?
If I was to be super picky I would like the handling of images to be a little better. There are some features of the image editor that are frustrating. For me, I get the image right elsewhere before importing to Mailerlite.

Flexible with excellent support
It is a simple to use platform, easy to integrate into WordPress or other platforms and very manageable for a community driven website and event/news flow with rock solid deliverability, Support is always on hand and the platform is regularly updated with good communication of the updates and the benefits. One reason to move and transfer to Mailerlite was price for the number of total subscribers. The free option was trialed as part of the deliverability check - for others with a small mailing list, it is a good solution.

What do you dislike about MailerLite?
I would like to be able to add a video from a selfhosting source also, not only from youtube etc. And to confirm my domain seems very hard and complicated, I would prefer an easier way.

What do you like best about MailerLite?
Having unlimited templates for emails means I can work quickly to create larger mailers and just as quickly for individual, more personalised emails. It's intuitive, highly customisable and with unlimited automations that mean I can spend my time on less admin than I ever used to with previous platforms. It's also extremely good value compared to many other mailing software.
What do you dislike about MailerLite?
A lot of my work is now done on the move from a smartphone. It's easy to keep a check on some things with Mailerlite, but not so easy to create emails or add single subscribers without using the desktop version. Even then it's not really easy. Definitely best left to using on a laptop/desktop currently.

I'd love to be able to use blocks for half a page and more fluid in their placement (i.e. not always horizontally lined up) which would add even more customisation power.
