Best software for online meetings
I have been using Microsoft Teams for almost a year now. This has made hosting meetings much easier in our organization. It provides multiple features like filesharing, pools, loop components, etc. which help in effective and easy communication within the organization. Its audio features like voice isolation and noise suppression even further enhance the meeting experience. I am highly dependent on this for all my meetings daily. The calendar helps manage the schedule and easily arrange meetings with other people. There is assignment section where regular evaluation is possible. The file section has been our daily assessment section. The best part is that video and audio quality is very fine. I am quite satisfied with 3rd party app integration.

The mobile version does not get updated instantly. The form submission deadline doesn’t work perfectly. Assignment section has some bugs too.

The Microsoft team has limited flexibility. The meeting experience of this team isn't very ideal and also, they feel very uncomfortable with the tools. More some ideas are still not very automatic, and cannot promote the team to use some powerful meeting functions.

My experience with Microsoft Teams during meetings and lectures
Microsoft teams was mainly used by me to attend meetings and lectures. It provides features to chat with fellowmates belonging to the organization, screen sharing, getting screen control, submitting tasks, grading tasks, polls, quizzes, uploading materials etc. But drawback is that the teams app crashes often and it opens automatically whenever you start your laptop,so many prefer using the web version. Screen presentation lags behind the audio. Overall it's good for school and college students and teachers.

Strength you can add more members , Teams also have a windows app unlike Google meet and other applications And it is very easy to organize meetings the controls are pretty cool

I think sometimes it lag very much you have to leave the meeting then join again which makes it bit tiresome and if it's a school meeting or college meeting if a student removes other student he can't be traced so if you have not done settings properly and all the settings are by default teachers may have to face the issue

What do you like best about Microsoft Teams?
I like MS team due to its seamless calling feature, it provide best audio and video quality during meetings. Features like screen sharing, instant messaging, recording session are the best and most frequently used which also help in saving lot of your effort and time eventually leads to better productivity.
What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?
Teams is bit a heavy application where it consumes lot of CP memory which slows down the system performance which can be improved I think. Also, during screen sharing the navigation becomes very slow sometimes which is very annoying thing during meeting.

One of the Best meeting scheduling platform

An amazing tool for text messaging and audio video calls
Microsoft Teams is one of the best tools available in the market to use while working from home. I personally am working as a Microsoft tech support executive and I use teams to connect with my colleagues and my managers. It has good text features where we can tag any employee or make voice calls. For conference calls also, it is awesome and screen sharing feature is also very useful to present anything. While sharing the screen, you can grant access permissions as well and it would turn into remote desktop support tool.

Well, only one suggestion I would like to give here. Sometimes the synchronisation between MS Teams installed on mobile phone and Desktop doesn't work properly. So I would suggest teams developer to work on that.

Need of the year
This software is not just a need of an hour but a need of the year 2020. It is very helpful for attending conference and classes and give numerous features. I am using it since April 2020 and every update is a huge problem solver. I like the group mode in this software which is a new feature of this software. The only thing that I dislike is it's audio settings, I have many times faced some audio glitches in the software like sudden high volume. Please Microsoft team work on it. The options that Microsoft Teams provide are very neat and useful, because you are able to chat with everyone, you can share tasks, delegations and files within the tool, you are able to create different groups and target specific people or positions within your organization and this makes it very powerful and handy. If you have a lot of people included, it can get messy if not maintained and updated properly. Files need to be added/removed in time to avoid confusion, groups need to be created, chat limited, so only the right people get the right messages or tasks. Other than that, there are no cons to it.

Better than skype with few glitches
Microsoft teams is better than skype for business in terms of speed and connection with a lot of new features as well. Ms Teams - great choice for official use

Microsoft teams - My experience
It is very useful if you are working in a team/teams, providing best features like audio call, video call, screen sharing, screen control etc. Providing file sharing. We can also create files like presentations, word file etc inside Microsoft teams. For teams, it is very good tool to use if you having daily meetings. Providing a good mobile app also.

The most useful features are screen sharing, screen control. We can share whole desktop and also option to share only a single window.

Great for work place while working from home

Better than skype
Works better than skype. Voice is clear with almost zero disturbance. With skype we had several problem like hanging, voice quality and much more. As we started using Microsoft teams we are really happy with all the features and quality.

Teams is an ultimate one-stop-shop. It has been my preferred conferencing tool. With additional features like project groups, I can easily collaborate with my colleagues - share files with them, provide updates directly on the group, preview and edit files on the shared site without having to download them. Teams is a great unified communication platform as well. You can not only call people within and outside your organization (if you have the requisite license), but also receive your caller's voicemails in case they miss you.

New way of communication
Previously we have used Skype for business in our office. From past 1 year we have started to use Microsoft Team. Initially , we are not ready to accept this new application. But once we started to use it , we understand it having more features in it. Apart from text and video conversation. This team app having more features like subtitle , channel creation, office 365 integration, and many more. File sharing and screen sharing are fast and secure. Also, we found audio and video quality is better than before. Now we can able to communicate with my colleagues even faster. Also, it having hit and different emoji. So it's very fun to discuss with colleagues. Overall, this team application increased our productivity and also, it gives wonderful experience of new way to communicate with my teammates.

Microsoft Teams during social distancing
The application has proved itself excellent during the covid-19 Lockdown. Both my daughter for her studies with extra curricular work and myself for official work the app has been absolutely fabulous. The training provided by the Microsoft people to use the software so that none have to hunt for the proper option was truly commendable. Surprisingly her school arranged for Independence Day celebration, quiz and elocution contests using the same app and it turned out to be a brand success.

Specially for students when they are responding through the chat option for their teacher's query, continuous pop ups come when others are replying as well and covers the typing area. If the pop up comes a little up in the screen everyone can type their own messages as well.

Good Software but have to reduce the memory usage
We are using Teams after upgrading from Skype and it has better features and performance but at the same time RAM utilisation is very high which has to be channelized so the ease of use can be achieved while working with other applications.

The most impressive thing is that we can organize meetings with n number of participants and the program has no problem. In addition, it has a chat where we can comment or share recordings and files. Despite being a mostly corporate program, it allows you to play around with the available emojis and gifs.
What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams?
The performance of the program on low-end PCs should be improved. If you do not have a PC with a large memory capacity, the computer in general will become very slow and this can be a problem when you want to work several things in parallel with Microsoft Teams.

Wonderful communication alternative to Skype

Searching for people/colleague can be improved. I liked the Skype for business interface where suggestions popped up and you could see their status, choose message or call based on that. In teams, you can search for people, although you don't get to know their status right away.

Need improvements
I have been using both desktop and mobile setups of Teams since last 6 months for office meetings and discussions. The problem I faced is with the mobile app is that many times it doesn’t get properly synced with desktop: when I receive call on desktop I don’t get it on mobile OR very late. Sometimes my phone only rings but I dont see anyone calling on screen. Mobile app has these issues.

Overall good but struggling with low speed network
May got disconnected while we have slow internet speed. I heard from my other friends that other internal communication tools do not face this issue as much as in MS teams. Customer support is directly linked to company's internal IT support which is good.

Professional, easy to use, but lack of features
Since Covid-19 teams has been increasingly used by many professional areas in order to teach, for meetings, etc, but in almost all meetings I personally have had, there's been always a problem with slides presentation, with audio problems, with camera issues. Meetings run with interruptions due to these things. However from user experience is easy to use.

Great new communication tool from Microsoft which adds to the business productivity.
We've recently experienced Teams (which will replace Skype for Business) as part of our Office 365 subscription, now after using the app for over 3 months I can say it much better than any other team communication app I have used before, Teams allows you to organize your work in channel which focus on the topics related to that specific channel, it also provides integration support with plenty of apps and services especially the Microsoft ones, as well as other 3rd party apps like Twitter, It's indeed a beneficial tool which adds to the business productivity.

A quit loading Software
The overall software is fabulous but very time consuming and requires a very strong internet. The quiz are great to organise and so does it gives a generalized area for file sharing and personal area for files. The assignments are easy to assign and check. Microsoft teams
Overall its a very good application, I use it daily. Skype on the other hand didnt had option for automatic chat data saving. Microsoft teams has come up with great features including plugins which are handy to use in day to day task.

Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams is good product. It has all the feature for business communication i.e. IM ( Instant Messaging), Calls, Video conferencing, file sharing & Notifications. One can switch between multiple profiles ( own organization and client ) which makes it great for work.
