When I started using it, it doesn't took much time to understand all of its functionality. It is best to handle and easy to locate the buttons. Even now I can by closing my eyes I can locate its button it is so handy to use.

SugarCRM has been perfectly suitable for my personal use. It's been a year and I'm still exploring. I've also implemented the same for several companies from different verticals and needs. Inventory management gets difficult though if you're using any other accounting or erp software.
