Wonderful Customer Support

My team gets a lot of potential customers / guests from Brazil and other countries where English is not the first language. Would be wonderful to have a translator service integrated with the chat or a backend translation engine otherwise this live chat tool is too good. The software is very responsive and gives my team the ability to track all communication with interested website visitors and customers. Olark is a very good live chat tool for easy interaction with the customer, to track users in steps of purchase and also to realize and work on the shortcomings in our website. The software helps us create a good experience for our customers.

Olark is an awesome software!!

Olark is a great live chat tool for a support center. It has made managing incoming chats easier for agents. It also has a transcripts feature that stores conversation history. Olark live chat software is a very large and scalable platform for bigger teams and organizations. They have provided us with great support, and their trial period is just another bonus! So far, this software has worked great for the firm and there has been a substantial increase in sales by 10%. It has efficiently created more sales opportunities by letting our representatives connect with customers directly during their visit to our website.
