Pricing: Users of iCRM believe that the pricing structure is too high, especially for small and new businesses. Support: iCRMs client care groups help could be improved, according to a few clients, either in terms of response time or quality. Mobile App: Even though iCRM has a mobile version, some users have said that it doesnt work as well or is as easy to use as the desktop version. Integration complications: Some users have complained that integrating iCRM with other software platforms takes a long time and requires technical expertise. Reporting capabilities: Even though iCRM offers detailed reporting features, some customers have said that the reporting capabilities could be better, either in terms of the amount of information that can be reviewed or how easy the reporting tools are to use. In general, many businesses find iCRM to be a very useful tool. However, it could be improved in some ways to better meet the requirements of all users.
